Questions about buying
Anything else: support@lesspdf.com
Can I use Premium on two computers?
Yes. A licence is for one person on up to two computers, Mac or Windows, in any mix. A colleague needs their own seat.
Does it keep working offline?
Forever. The app activates online once, or from an imported licence file, and then checks the signed licence itself with no network.
Are updates included?
Yes. Premium includes free updates, and nothing expires.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method. [REFUND POLICY]
How is VAT handled?
Prices are CHF 49, EUR 49 or USD 49 per seat, by your location; other currencies are converted on the payment page. VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated on the payment page and shown on the tax invoice. Businesses can add their tax ID there.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are CHF 49, EUR 49 or USD 49 per seat, by your location; other currencies are converted on the payment page. The exact amount is shown on the payment page before you pay.
Who sells it, and who sends the receipt?
Premium is sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, which takes the payment and emails the receipt and the tax invoice. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* LESSPDF. cuspar makes the app and issues the licence.
What if your servers go away?
Nothing changes for an activated licence. Keep a copy of your licence file and you can also reinstall on a computer with no network.
